All setup and teardown time must be included when entering the Start Time and End Time.
Campus Recreation staffing requirements will be determined from the information provided in Description of Event. Additional fees may apply.
Insurance, Facility Use Agreement, and payment due prior to the event.
All food and beverages must be pre-approved through Campus Recreation prior to the event.

Outside food and beverages (cost does not exceed $750.00) are permitted upon Campus Recreation approval prior to event. Anything above this limit must be approved through Arizona Student Unions Catering prior to event at (520) 621-1989.
